I’m still stitching along on this one. I haven’t been as diligent as I probably should be with my time. I’ve started down the slippery slope of looking at all the projects I’ve started or committed myself to and freezing in anxiety.
But! If I really want to make cross stitch into my full time job, I need to learn to deal with that fear and inaction of feeling like I have too much to do to actually get anything done.
While I work on that, here are some progress pictures of the Pentatonix stitch that I’m working on!
Two out of five color sections all done!
Sometimes I think the guts are just as pretty as the face of a cross stitch project.
I had really late nights Monday and Tuesday, coming home after overtime to shove food into my mouth before I had to go back out again, but the rest of my week is much calmer. I’m planning on being diligent in using my time after work effectively. You’ll be able to see the outcome of that undertaking next Wednesday, when I’ll likely post another WIP – if it’s the same project, my plan did not work…!
Wish me luck! 🌟
